Terms of service

General Terms

  • By commissioning you agree to the following terms

  • If you dont agree with any of the points then you may not commission me

  • Violating any agreements will automatically put you on a blacklist without warning

  • I have the right to refuse any commission if I am not comfortable with it

  • Any questions can be sent to email or through Twitter DM’s

Copyright and Usage

  • You (The client, commissioner)

    • You agree to not bargain prices

    • Clients who have commissioned or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents

    • You agree to give credit 

    • You may post it and stream the product 

    • If posted online it must have proper credit. Watermarked with my username

  • I, Casseradel (the editor)

    • I can deny any commission if I don't feel comfortable or able to complete it

    • I'll only do the work that we agreed on.

    • I can post the video edits on my website etc

Payment

  • I don't accept crypto currency, payment is made in USD 

  • Payment is accepted through Paypal

  • Everything is Digital Goods, nothing is going to be physically shipped

  • I’m not responsible for any mistakes made on your part over the course of the transaction.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • Cannot be refunded once the final product has been given and completed

  • Can’t refund midway UNLESS it is an emergency, we will discuss it. If agreed upon then 

  • CANNOT refund unless I agree

  • Refunds are possible only when its available to be returned. Cant send money then immediately ask for refund

Process and Delivery

  • You send me the clip you want to be editing

  • You can also send me a variety of clips and let me choose one to edit

  • I will review it and see if its something I’d like to work on

  • I will then take 1-4 days editing it for you. 

  •  You may ask what the estimated time for your video edit will be.

  • I will contact you if I have any questions or if there’s any assets I need

  • You can see the progress on trello as well

  • You, are responsible for keeping the final file I send you.

  • Any rude, innapropriate, non constructive comments anytime throughout the process may result in blacklisting

How do I commission?

After reading the TOS send me an email or message including the clips you'd like edited.
