General Terms

By commissioning, you agree to the following terms
If you don't agree with any of the points, then you may not commission me
Violating any agreements will automatically put you on a blacklist without warning
I have the right to refuse any commission if I am not comfortable with it
Any questions can be sent through Twitter DM’s

You (The client, commissioner)
- You agree to not bargain prices.
- Clients who have commissioned or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.
- You agree to give credit.
- You may post it and stream the product.
- If posted online it must have proper credit. Watermarked with my username.

I, Casseradel (the editor)
- I can deny any commission if I don't feel comfortable or able to complete it.
- I'll only do the work that we agreed on.
- I can post the video edits on my website, etc.

Payment

I don't accept crypto currency, payment is made in USD.
Payment is accepted through Paypal.
Everything is Digital Goods, nothing is going to be physically shipped.
I’m not responsible for any mistakes made on your part over the course of the transaction.
Payment is 100% upfront after coming to an agreement.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

If I can't complete the commission for any personal reason, then a refund will be issued.
Once I start working on the edit, there will be no refunds.

Process and Delivery

You can send me one or a few clips to choose from that you'd like for me to edit. You can also let me know if there's anything you'd like to see be done.
We will discuss the commission and any requests to figure out any extra charges and delivery date.
If we agree, then I will send an invoice for the total. Once payment has been received, I will get started.
I will then take 3-7 days editing it for you.
I will contact you if I have any questions or if there are any assets I need.
You can see the progress on Trello as well.
You are responsible for keeping the final file I send you.

NOTE: Any rude, inappropriate, or repetitive non-constructive comments at any time throughout the process will result in blacklisting, and you will receive no refund or partial refund, depending on the situation.

How do I commission?

After reading the TOS, send me a DM including the clips you'd like edited.
