General Terms

By commissioning you agree to the following terms
If you dont agree with any of the points then you may not commission me
Violating any agreements will automatically put you on a blacklist without warning
I have the right to refuse any commission if I am not comfortable with it
Any questions can be sent through Twitter DM’s

You (The client, commissioner)
- You agree to not bargain prices
- Clients who have commissioned or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents
- You agree to give credit
- You may post it and stream the product
- If posted online, it must have proper credit. Watermarked with my username
- You are allowed to use it for personal use (PFP, background)
- You can print or create it physically for your PERSONAL use only
- You can request that I make the progress private

What are you not allowed to do:
- You may NOT claim the work as your own
- You may NOT trace over my artwork
- You may NOT resell the artwork without my permission
- You may NOT use it for commercial direct or indirect profit-gaining purposes
- You may NOT reproduce the artwork for merchandise such as prints, charms, etc
- You may NOT use it for any blockchain technology, such as NFT
- You may NOT modify, edit, or repurpose the commissioned piece, except for cropping
- You may NOT use my artwork to train AI or generate new AI images.

I, Casseradel (the artist)
- I'll only do the work that we agreed on.
- I can post the artwork on my website, etc (unless it was requested for different reasons like debuts, etc)
- I reserve the right to refund you the full/partial amount paid (depending on the progress of the art piece) if any problem occurs.
- If I have any questions for my client and I do not hear from them within 7 days, then I will cancel the commission and refund a portion of the amount. Depending on how much progress was made.
- I can deny any commission if I don’t feel comfortable or able to complete it

Payment

I don't accept cryptocurrency, payment is made in USD
Payment is accepted through PayPal
Everything is Digital Goods, nothing is going to be physically shipped
I’m not responsible for any mistakes made on the client's part over the course of the transaction.
50% of the payment must be provided once I agree to work on your commissions.
Extra props may be charged extra depending on the complexity but I will notify you during the commission process.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

If I can't complete the artwork for any personal reason, then a refund will be issued.
The commission can't be refunded once the final product has been completed.
Can’t refund midway UNLESS it is an emergency, we will discuss a partial refund if possible. If agreed upon, then the client will be given a percentage depending on the progress made. And you will be given the files according to it.
Refunds are possible only when it's available to be returned. The client can't send money, then immediately ask for a refund

Commercial Usage

If you wish to commission for commercial use, please let me know and we will discuss the price upfront

Process and Delivery

Send me a DM describing what you would like to commission. You can also fill out the commission template and send it to me.
I will either confirm or deny it, or ask for more references if I need them.
If accepted, I will be letting you know an estimate of when to expect your commission. Delivery time can vary from 3 days to 2 months, depending on the type of commission.
Please note: You will be charged more if it's a complex character. (You shall be notified beforehand if this applies), or you can ask to simplify the character so that it isn't charged. (This means that the character may lose certain time-consuming details such as intricate jewelry, eye details, huge embroidery, etc.)
For character sheets, please have your references ready and know exactly what you'd like your OC to look like. If you'd like sketches of different designs before we start for the final character sheet, please let me know beforehand so we can discuss pricing.
If accepted, I will let you know the total and send an invoice for 50% of the total to be paid upfront.
After payment, I will send you 1-3 sketches to choose from.
Simple revisions will be free, and complex changes will be charged (5-25$). Please be specific when requesting changes. You have 3 free simple revisions and 5 complex changes throughout the process.
I will update you with work-in-progress pictures as well as updated estimated times for delivery.

The other 50% of the total will be charged once I'm in the greyscale phase or adding flats.
Final feedback can be requested (Complex changes during final feedback will be charged)
I will deliver your files via email.
You, the client, are responsible for keeping the final file I send you.

NOTE: Any rude, inappropriate, or repetitive non-constructive comments at any time throughout the process will result in blacklisting, and you will receive no refund or partial refund, depending on the situation.
